Have you been stacking up hundreds of connections on LinkedIn over the past few years? Did you know there's a way to leverage those relationships to grow your email list dramatically... in minutes?
I stumbled across this insider tip a few years ago and it helped me add hundreds of contacts to my email list instantly. Watch the video below to learn how you can take advantage of LinkedIn's export tool...
P.S. - Make sure you add all these new connections to a simple nurture campaign that explains who you are and how they ended up on your list. You need to consider these contacts as cold leads since they did not technically or knowingly "opt-in" to your email list. DO NOT start blasting them with hard-sell emails. Start by providing helpful and relevant information to warm them up
Step 1: Log into your LinkedIn account.
Step 2: Open a new window on your browser of choice.
Step 3: Click or type this link (https://www.linkedin.com/people/export-settings) into the new window.
Step 4: Choose the file type you want to export (I export a Microsoft Outlook .CSV file).
Step 5: The download should automatically start.
Step 6: Open the .CSV file and all your contacts should be listed.
Step 7: Clean up the file to a format your database management software (Mailchimp/Constant Contact) will recognize and upload all your new contacts to a list!!!
